"Did a cheap job at replacing my screen. The screen shattered after 1 small drop and the surprising part is, it even had the screen protector on! and it still shattered the actual screen. Told me they changed my charging port and charged me for it! but they had not changed nor did anything to it at all."

I did the case and screen protector bundle and when he could get the first screen protector to go on right he made me another. Talk about above and beyond. He also has great tastes in cases because he picked out and had a cute case on my phone when I came back. I couldn’t say no! Dan, thank you so much for your prompt responses to my emails and Greg thank you for saving my phone because I was close to giving up hope of getting it repaired without sending it off. Would recommend a million times over."

"PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Dropped off an iphone to get the back glass replaced on it. These pics are what the phone looked like AFTER they "fixed" it. Of course, I complained about the situation to the employees. (I just spent $160 and was without a phone for 1/2 a day). The employees were not willing to help at all! After complaining about work they have done on my phone, I do not feel safe leaving an unlocked phone with these people again. Gabe is the only one who acknowledged that they even screwed up! Gary (owner) is junk and not willing to help his customers. All I wanted was a partial refund or the back glass so that I could take my business elsewhere, and I got nothing back! They now have my money and a back glass for an iphone that I paid for, and I still have a cracked back because I'm not willing to trust these people again...."
