"I called this company after reading their high reviews for service for my Samsung washer. The technician Stan did come out on Friday, looked at my washer but was unable to diagnose and repair the problem. In fact, he told me that it was working fine when in reality it is not and it is doing the exact same things I told him about such as the door lock feature coming unlocked, the washing cycles literally washing for hours or not completing at all, and the cycle just stopping. Right now, the same medium sized load of towels has been in the washer for over 4 hours when the timer originally showed 54 minutes. I use my washer literally everyday, therefore after he couldn't fix it he told me he could just randomly start ordering parts and he suggested I call another company. I am glad I wasn't charged the $80 diagnostic fee. A complete waste of my time. In regards to the business reply, my experience with this company is my true account and that can't be disregarded. The fact that my washer is still malfunctioning and the ONLY thing that matters is $80? Learn to accept criticism. All reviews aren't 5 stars. Oh and it was 4 towels ran for 5 minutes which isn't a quick wash cycle on my machine! I'm not about to go back and forth with anyone about this!"
