The salesman who helped us could not have been more helpful in answering our questions and making us feel comfortable about the one we purchased. He made sure we left the store with the ink we needed, and appointment already made for someone to come and set the printer up for us since it is a wireless one and we do not know how to do the set up. He was the A-1 Salesman that you just don’t find in every store these days. I would recommend Office Depot and Mr. Charles Waitzman to anybody who wants the service we used to get back in the service days!"
