All Safe Mini Storage

"BEWARE! MAJOR monthly rent increase 3 months into contract!! Management SAID I started with "temporary intruductory rate". Ironically, I wasn't advised of that prior to rate increase!! However, at same time, rent for another of my storage units actually decreased, due to "decrease in state business taxes". It is a well-maintained facility with 24 hour access. Clean units. Management resides on property...very helpful when needed."

"I called in regards to renting a unit to get information. I previously have a storage unit in another town and wanted to possibly move our stuff closer as to we are here at the campground for a while. I paid a move in fee and he gave me a month free. I went to locate the unit and check it out finding that it had ROACHES and was WET on the inside. So needless to say I did not want to put my belongings in a unit that was dirty, wet and had roaches. So, in regards to not being able to move my stuff in I had to pay for my other storage unit. I called and spoke to him in regards to the situation. He apologized and offered me another unit but I had already paid for the one that I had because it was due and was unable to move my stuff. He called and told me that I could have another unit in March which was fine but really not sure if we will still need it by then. So, I told him nicely that since I had to go ahead and pay for the other unit that I really did not need it. So, he felt the need to keep my move in fee which I thought should have been refunded due to the condition of the unit! But I guess he needed more than me! Lesson learned! Always go check things out before hand and take pics! I normally do, my bad! I just hope that the money he kept will be used toward cleaning up his units!"

"I posted a review yesterday about All Safe Mini Storage in MacClenny, FL and left a very NEGATIVE REVIEW about a Billing problem, I can say that Mr. Kendall the owner has corrected the problem and I am thankful for his help on this, so please disregard the first review and I want to rescind my negative comments about All Safe Mini Storage, I should have taken a timeout before I made the comments, I would never want to HARM a Business at all, Thank you for reading and this company handled the situation Properly and use this business in the future and I will be using them next month for my Motorcycle storage, thank you again.
