"Normally I have the best experience with wonderful staff Amy is awesome Today was not the case. The store manager took customers before me and told me to come back in an hour. She argued with me about a store credit in front of other people. He wouldn’t come out of the office to help me and I was going to pay cash for some items. The store manager was very rude to me and his staff."
"Apply for a lease on a merchandise and paid the first payment. Then I get told I was flagged for previous account that was over 5 years ago, claiming that I had unpaid balance on merchanise that I paid off. This place is a ripp off, they make no sense at all.. Over price merchandise with high interest. I highly do not recommend."
"Was needing a new washer and dryer, so we went to tifton bc of previous service with them. My wife has used Aaron's for years. Upon arrival we found what we wanted bc we checked the stock on their website. So we asked if we could buy the set we picked out and the girls response was she cant sell anything bc she just started and her manager told her she couldn't sell anything . So we asked for the manager only to find out the girl was running the store on her own. So we drove 45 minutes hauling a trailer to get told we couldn't purchase anything. Just bc she was new and left at a store to run on her own. Moral of the story go to valdosta or elsewhere . We did purchase one in valdosta and had a great experience."
"We got a few appliances from Aaron’s about 2 months ago. The refrigerator starting acting up a couple weeks ago. We contacted Aaron’s and they sent someone to look at it as soon as it was convenient for me. And then replaced the refrigerator with no issue. They were here right when they said they would be even though I live pretty far out in the country. The 2 guys they sent to replace it were professional and polite not to mention quick and made it look easy to replace. And were very careful working around in my small house. I couldn’t ask for better attitudes or customer service. Thank you guys"
