"I called about a dryer door switch. It's an older model that had 3 terminals but the part number on line showed only two terminals. After much discussion as to why the part would have changed I was sure I'd have to order it on line. The rep called back in a few minutes to tell me he had searched the parts bin and stumbled upon a switch that had 3 not 2 terminals...voila! Drove up, got the part, installed and now she's working line new...Much Thanks!"

"I went out to a 1 Appliance Center, to get a part for my washing machine is a water inlet control valve when I walked in and the guy at the counter tells me that’s gonna be an expensive part looks the part up tells me the parts gonna be 127.99 Plus tax and they will have it shipped to be there on Friday I told him no thanks I can go home and do that myself went home got on eBay found the part brand new $28 bucks and so tell me if this place it’s not price gouging so I don’t think I will be using A1 appliance center again even if he had it in stock I wouldnt paid 127.99 I can understand making a little bit of a profit to order something but a whole hundred bucks to order it is ridiculous Plus I can pay 12 bucks have it insured for two years but the prices there are a little high I could buy another washer for almost the price but the part was on this part and from what I understand if you buy something from there you cannot get a refund"
