"Worst experience of my life. My husband and I ordered a couch in January. About 3 weeks ago they emailed us saying our couch had shipped and the warehouse received it and we would be getting contacted within a few days to set up the delivery date... we'll it's now going on 6 weeks and we still don't have our couch. We contact them and Arcbest daily and it's always a new excuse with both of them. They both don't want to take responsibility for lying and not knowing what's going on with our couch. I'm pregnant and dont have a couch to sit on because we were told we were going to have our couch within a few days and needed to make room for our new couch so we sold our last one.. this experience has been the worst experience of my life and we will never be ordering a thing from them ever again and we will be sure to let everyone we know not to shop from here!"

I would like to point out that Woodhaven Furniture customer service is excellent. I had questions about the item before I made the purchase and Jeff promptly replied answering all my questions. "I ordered a sectional from this company. At first I was very hesitant because I had never heard of it before and couldn’t find any reviews on it. I ultimately decided to give it a shot because after spending a month trying to find the perfect sectional for my living room I was able to find one on this site. I am soooo beyond thrilled that I decided to use Woodhaven. I am in love with the sectional and absolutely adore their customer service. I had to email them regarding a tear in the sectional caused by the delivery service that Woodhaven hires and Jeff with Woodhaven got back to me very quickly and was very apologetic for the mishap. He was quick to get the problem solved and gave me three different options to make up for the tear. After his phenomenal customer service skills I decided to go ahead and order another product from them which he personally handled and said he would make sure was packaged more than normal in order to better avoid any damage in delivery. If you are looking for beautiful furniture without the hassle of a sales person pressuring you into buying anything and want to use a company with incredible employees I’d definitely recommend these guys ❤️❤️"
