"Poor communications as Gail never called me regarding the status update on the wood product they agreed to complete. I had to call the store almost 4 weeks later and only then did Gail tell me that I needed to bring in an additional piece for the company to start production on my order! At that time I had run out of patience and just canceled the order all together. Would not recommend as their prices are not any different from other local or national wood furniture stores and they do not communicate appropriately with their customers (at least with me they did not)."
