"We purchased a living room suite with the tables and a recliner plus an additional recliner and a chase lounge for our downstairs. We were promised everything would be delivered together on a date, then they called and said it would be separate delivery dates with additional fees. We explained that we would just cancel so they promised it would all come together. When it was delivered, we are still missing the chase. We still have not received a refund."

"Brandon was very helpful! But unfortunately two weeks later….we originally paid a delivery fee to have it delivered to our house. On the day it was supposed to arrive, I was told we’d only get our recliner as the TV stand we purchased was damaged when it arrived at their location but a new one would be ordered and delivered late today. I called today to find out about the time of delivery and was told we’d have to pay another 130.00 for delivery of the TV stand. We asked to have our money refunded. We initially had a nice experience at Hank’s but we’re disappointed in the follow through. Hank’s has definitely lost more than 130.00 on our future business."
