"I was just getting back off of my pregnancy leave ( which everyone goes through hard times), trying to work overtime to get the money for the payments I’m behind. The credit manager ( MRS. SHELLA ) was rude and disrespectful, she was threatening me and saying that she would do all of this and that my account and also saying if I don’t make a full payment they would take it to the sheriff, ( which I’ve read the policy , which states you can make a payment once a month if your behind to catch everything up). She constantly continued to yell and be disrespectful, when I was suggesting and trying to discuss payments throughout the week. Also talking over ne, not letting me get a word in at all. THIS IS NOT HOW A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED… DEFINITELY A -0 out of 10 for me"
