"The Ashley delivery people arrived to deliver our new Ashley couch. They were very polite and set the box on my porch. I offered them a $20 tip each if they would set it in my living room. They politely declined saying they couldn't on drop-ship deliveries and they had gotten in trouble for doing it in the past. Very understandable and I was disappointed but not upset. Where it went bad was when they opened the doors to get in their truck they both burst into laughter, I assume from the thought of me with a heavy couch on my porch and rain moving in. Luckily I was able to un-box it and remove eight bolts from the frame and separate the base into three pieces. At that point I was able move it to the living room. They should have waited until they closed their truck doors to laugh at me. I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again."
