"In the process of moving my boyfriend's waterbed to my home, we ran into numerous issues with his cali king hardside. I randomly googled a waterbed store that was not all the way in Athens and ended up with Cecelia who was more than obliged to assist us. She even went as far as to send me a picture of a part we were having trouble with. Even after getting the bed moved to its new home, we ran into another issue with the heating pad. I made it to her store in McDonough within 8 minutes of her closing and she was super nice and supplied me with a brand new heating pad. The service was above and beyond. McDonough being closer to us than Athens, I do believe she will have repeat business from me. It's a rarity nowadays to find someone who handles their business in such a professional and caring manner. Thank you Cecelia!!! We hope to be back in our bed very soon."
