"We had an issue with a 15 year old garage door, who did I call? Southeastern Appliances & More! They came, adjusted spring on my 8x7 door and solved the problem. Couple of months later just before selling our house the spring broke on our 18x7 door, also 15 years old. You guessed it, I call Southeastern Appliances & More once again. They came and replaced the broken spring as well as the other one. Problem solved. We needed a new washer & dryer, you know the story, they brought and installed a Speed Queen pair, very satisfied. Also decided to put in a garage door in our 1960 Brick ranch, so one guess, who did I call? They came out, installed a 18x7 insulated door, controller, 2 remotes and WiFi capable keyless entry. Everything works great, Michael and his crew are very knowledgeable, conscientious and courteous. I would strongly recommend the services of Southeastern Appliances & More!"

"Best experience we got a GE washer and dryer they are amazing!! Staff was very knowledgeable helped us find exactly what we were looking for with a great price. Was told I would receive the Washer and dryer within 7 to 10 days and received it within seven days. The delivery was also a great experience. Scott and Khalil was on time set up our machines tested the machines And made sure that we liked how everything was set up. Super sweet and very nice would definitely recommend, hands-down, the Nicest delivery guys."

"Worst experience ever with a company. The Southeastern Appliances and More, LLC, Covington, charged $145 for doing nothing. They were unable to fix the issue with my fireplace and said no parts were available to fix the fireplace. They should have known that parts were not available for the model, I told them, before they sent the technician to look into it. They just wanted to make money for doing nothing."
