"I’ve been coming here for years. The man who runs the front is always so rude and unpleasant. They rush through your nails. Never give you what you ask for. The do a decent job and I have continued to come here because it is convenient however the customer service is not just bad but horrible. My nails today are unacceptable and I paid way too much. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! I’ve experienced their over the top rudeness multiple times it’s also extremely over priced!"
"I took my two kids and a friend and her two kids for a special birthday celebration and our nails looked awful! The other adult got an acrylic set where none of the nails were similar sized and all of the kids’ nails were either done poorly or started peeling immediately. I tried to talk to the manager about getting a partial or full refund and he would have none of it. He was so rude."
"The staff members are highly skilled in creating a variety of nail shapes and styles. The nail tech who did my nails took the time to make sure each nail was even and beautiful. Their attention to detail is amazing and she is such a sweet person. My experience was great! Highly recommended City Nails & Spa! Well decorated etc."
"Typically, I visit this salon when I’m in the area; however this visit was less than satisfactory. Since I get my nails done regularly at home, I know what the process is for both pedicures and gel manicures. Upon asking for a couple of things to be done, I was told no. Then when asking if my fingernails would have a second coat, I was told no with some sort of explanation, but it did not make sense. Today, my white painted tip is and part of the clear gel is peeling off of my one coat poorly shaped nails; 1 day after I got them done and paid quite a bit of money for. Unfortunately, they have gone downhill since they first opened and I will not return in the future."
"When you pay $30 for gel nails to look as if you painted them yourselves. The location is nice but my nails took less than 15 minutes to get done. I asked them to shape them and they ignored me. Mind you it was empty so there was no need for it to be rushed. The place is nice but the quality of service done was not it."
