"I called this company for my refrigerator issue and they said, they need to inspect the refrigerator first. The repairman diagnosed two issues and they charged me $29 for the inspection, and he gave me an invoice for $500 to resolve the two issues. Then he came back (after couple days) for fixing the refrigerator and I paid him $475, but he lied to us and he only fixed one of the issues instead of two issues. He told me he already took care of both issues but you need to wait for 24 hours and after that your refrigerator should be fixed and you will be able to use it. After a day, I've noticed we still have the same issue and he didn't fix it at the first place (I paid him at first place for two issues), when I called him, he said, you guys need to pay another $500 to fix the same issue that he supposed to fix it but he didn't. I have called this company several times and I asked to speak with the manager but they never backed to me to regarding my situation to resolve the issue. I want them to come and fix my refrigerator according to the invoice, they should 't charge me again for something that he was liable to fix it but he didn't. I don't recommend this place at all. Poor customer service and they don't care about customer and their morality."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The technician came out to look at our refrigerator, said we needed refrigerant and pretended to fill it. Charged us $165 and would only take cash. He said the refrigerator would take a few hours to start cooling, which it did, but not to an optimal level. When I called back to inquire about payment methods, they said they accept credit cards. When I told them the technician requested cash only they provided excuses for why. They said they could send the same technician back out for another service fee, but we declined. Lesson learned."

"Repairman was polite, professional, and excellent in every way. The business, however, had us waiting three days to get a technician out to us. There was never a call and never an explanation. When we called, they claimed that a technician had called in sick the past two days. However, they never called to cancel or reschedule. When we called, we were simply told that someone would be out the next day. So, in all fairness, I’d give the technician who showed up 5 stars. This business is not well run and doesn’t deserve more than 1 Star. Keep looking."

"Keep looking! Do NOT do business with this company! They also do business as Appliance Repair Clinic. They sent someone to fix my oven in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, took our $500 payment - but the parts they ordered did not fix the problem. They supposedly ordered a different part but I never heard from them again. I called several times first trying to get service and then trying to get a refund. They assured me I would get a refund. Never happened. They said they don't take credit cards or we could dispute the charge. We only used this company because it was Thanksgiving week, we were desperate, and they had someone available. Ended up using a different company to make the repair after trying to get this resolved and going without an oven for almost a month."

"My dryer started making a horrible noise over the weekend. They were able to get a repairman out the same day and even gave me a text and call letting me know when he was on the way. The tech was courteous and even let me know what was making the noise. The repair was fast and very affordable! I will definitely use them again!"
