"So to the owner,Savannah, to clarify on your response to my low rating. I understand you don’t like negative reviews but to call me a thief and u grateful seems like more rudeness of which I was referring to. So to clarify when we chose to no longer sell our products in your store we paid ALL RENT due so the statement of Non payment of rent is absolutely untrue. We told you mid February we would like to give a 30 day notice of our leaving and even asked if the rent could be pro-rated for March. We were told no and advised to just put March as our month notice date. Which we did. My sister received a phone call saying the Dealer in the room behind us wanted our space and we would not have to pay rent, they would take care of the March rent. My sister and I had the space emptied the first week of March and in fact when we came to pick up our last piece it was in the aisle because the new renters were already in the space. So it seems as if you are not taking to heart the feelings of customers who have also posted on their reviews that you have been rude. And your dealers see that blatant disrespect and rudeness you show to patrons and dealers. These are honest reviews for which is the power of the consumer and should motivate business owners to take care in the way they treat and act toward others."

"I have driven a long distance from the mountains for the last 4 years, because I loved this place. I visited recently, and even though an 11Alive News report on 8-21 stated that Ga. is the state you will most likely contract Covid19, there were no masks to be seen. I was the only one. No one was distancing, including employees and customers, who stopped to talk to each other in the aisles. I even had a man openly cough near me. Before anyone calls me paranoid, this was one of my first leisurely shopping trips since the pandemic, as my husband is high risk, and I do not want to infect him or bring something home. I noticed that apparently the pandemic hit them hard, as they were advertising for vendors, and they have many open spaces. They are starting to bring in more large furniture items, and I wished they had more decor as before. I sadly will not go back, I feel retail establishments need to make their customers comfortable, and during this time, just slap on a mask, ESP. when ringing out customers. Not worth the drive."
