"Very prompt and professional! LG washer quit draining and I found after troubleshooting with LG customer service that most likely the drain pump went out. Put in request for quote on Angi around 8pm. I received call from Mr Appliance 8am very next morning. They came out that afternoon, checked and confirmed it was the pump. Matt ordered the part that Thursday and was back out as soon as it came in after the weekend and fixed it. Now granted the part was pricey (but that’s LG). I asked Matt the repairman to check the sidekick washer and dryer (particularly the vent). He was able to fix both those appliance as well. I will highly recommend Mr Appliance to friends and family."
"I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Dalton. Blake was great!! Repaired my dryer (new front bearing kit) and cleaned my dryer duct vent. Didn’t realize how clogged it was. My dryer now works better than before when it was first installed! Matt, the other technician, was great over the phone and helped diagnose my problem before anyone even came out. Very reasonably priced. Extremely knowledge and professional. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Thank you!"
"I posted a detail explanation on Social Media. I was told by the service tech that part of my 200.00 check would be refunded. As of June 14th. They decline all communication I try to make. After the 234.00 part not fixing the problem service technician kept adding what else could be the problem. He said I could keep spending but he could not make the decision. If I want the part removed and a partial refund he could do this. I agreed and the part removed and he left. As of today I haven’t received my refund and Wendy a home telephone scheduler will not return text messages or phone calls. I meeting with an attorney today. Please stay away from this company in Dalton,Ga Adding this additional information On 7/2/2023 After receiving a Call from Wendy who works at Mr, Appliance or possibly a owner agreed to refund the amount of $81.00 Has failed to honor her word. Monday will be 3 Weeks and I haven’t received my check. So I would stay away from this place."
