"Our water heater, 20 years old, shorted out Saturday. I went to Langford Monday, ordered a new water heater and decided to replace the washer and dryer also. They still worked but were old and the washer had already had service to repair leaking issues, it was just a matter of time. Considering we had no hot water, Langford went the extra mile and called in help and by early Tuesday afternoon we had a new water heater, washer and dryer. This is not the first time we used them and they always offer excellent service."
"They sell items at jacked up rates. You're better off buying online. If the product is bad they don't replace or reimburse"
"Scheduled a washer service visit and was told it'd be 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and was told it'd be another 2 weeks. I called Mr. Appliance, whom I'd never used, and they had an excellent, tenured technician out the very next day. And they even called me the day after to make sure I was happy with their service. I've used Lankford Appliance for maybe 4 decades but this will be my last attempt. I'm afraid time has passed them by. I've given a second star simply because of how good they used to be but this was definitely a 1-star performance."
"One thing I can say for sure is that they know their stuff. Upon walking in, it would appear that there's no rhyme or reason to anything they have, but I assure you, if they have what you need, they will know it pretty quickly. I searched and searched online for a specific washing machine inlet valve, and couldn't for the life of me figure out which one would work if not that specific model number (which would take weeks to get). In a last ditch effort, I stopped at Langford and showed them the old part... In 5 minutes they were back with a proper match (a used and new option) and my washer has been working like new since that day."
