"I had to make an emergency trip to Cleveland for a family situation and arrived at the hotel just after checkout time on a Sunday. They quickly got me into a room so that I was able to catch up on sleep before the rest of the family arrived. The room was clean, pleasant, and for an obviously old hotel, well kept. Thankyou,"
"Disgusting motel with disgusting service. DO NOT stay here. We booked our room a month in advance, had confirmation , and a receipt. We get there to meet an incredibly rude unattentive receptionist who says we haven't payed and proceeds to follow that up with three very different contradicting stories of " our payment not going through " even after showing everything we needed for proof of payment. This place is a total scam. Stay anywhere else. This establishment is HORRIBLE ! Don't even take a chance on them."
"The place is dingy, outdated and I saw 2 roaches! I couldn't sleep. I was too afraid I would find one crawling up on me. Bed sheets were stained. One of the stains looked like a drop of blood :( I really hate writing bad reviews but roaches anywhere is unacceptable! Management needs to do something about this."
"Booked through booking. Com when 8 arrived they would not honor the price. Told me booking. Com charges a 35 dollar commission making my price 70 bucks more. He argued with me and told me to call them. Then said if I cancelled I'd have to pay for the days anyway."
