"The head store manager doesn’t care for any of the customers. He is a horrible store manager and is driving RAC to the ground with his horrible attitude. I was only behind on rent for a week and he didn’t want to accept my payment even though I only just got my phone and cards back from being robbed. He wouldn’t even wait an extra 30 minutes for me to get the account paid. He told the assistant manager at the store not to accept my payment and to cancel out my agreement. If it wasnt for the employee having the heart to put it off until the morning I would’ve had my entire living room set taken away just for them to deliver it back days later. To make matter worse, when I went online I only had to pay for the two payments I was behind for only $180. The head store manager didn’t want to accept the payments and told me I had to pay two weeks and a week totaling over $250. This wasn’t even the correct price that was owed and he tried to force me into returning the items by inflating the price owed. If I didn’t have the app I would’ve paid extra for no reason just so he can bully me. 0/10 the store manager should not be the manager of the Hiram location. I wish I had his name so I could truly file a corporate complaint!! HORRIBLE manager for RAC."
