"I have bought a dishwasher for a rental and a whirlpool washing machine for our house from them. Excellent people to deal with. My washer went out during Christmas (of course) so Monday I went in bought one they told me if I was flexible on delivery time it would be delivered soon. Well an hour and half later they called and were on the way. Very quick and neat install and haul away. Very courteous in sales and delivery."

"As a local business, I try to always use local business when I can. But here in Cartersville, some just make it hard with limited hours, limited selection, and high prices. I needed a washer and dryer today. Most of the big box stores just have display models and you order and get delivery a week or two later. When I asked friends who has stuff in stock to pick up, Sam Franklin's was recommended. I was very happy to see they opened 8:30am the day after Thanksgiving and they accommodated my need for a washer dryer today, even delivering and installing ( which I figured I would have to handle myself with such short notice).
