"Absolutely love Raymond! He does the best pedicures. I’ve been to Ellie once and she’s very personable. If I could take them with me and leave the shop, I would. Everyone else’s customer service is very cold. Especially the receptionist. I’ve noticed him treat certain people differently than others. I go there when I have to but I’m definitely searching for another place. ***Went there again on 01/27/24 like a crazy person! I had gel on my toes prior (from them) and wanted a pedicure. They charge to take it off (like they are going to paint over it or something) and Raymond got mad because I asked him to soak it off instead of drilling. He said he had to get the shine part off. Which I understand but he kept going until I saw my nail poking through. I repeatedly asked him to soak it. After all, I’m paying for it and I’m not going to pay for y'all damaging my nail bed! He told me, “it take longer”, wrapped two of my toes with the foil, got frustrated and proceeded to put the whole line of cotton and acetone on my toes (not wrapping it individually with foil like he should). I am soo sick of giving my money for piss poor service!! Please, God. Send help to Tallahassee!"

"I’m not one to leave reviews but I truly just received the worst manicure of my life. I asked for a gel manicure and I think she didn’t care I was there and was in a rush. I had to ask her 5 times to file off the polish she had painted ON MY SKIN. There is nail polish all over my skin and she refused to take it off. Truly just so disrespectful and horrible. Just showed the lack of care for their customers and just wanted me out."

"I came here on a Tuesday during my lunch break since I work close by. They were able to get me right in. The prices aren’t too bad, however if you want to add gel polish it’s an additional $20, which I think is a complete ripoff; but, I can say that this was a great nail shop. It was nice and clean, they were friendly and Lauren did an amazing job on my feet! I got the deluxe pedicure which was $35, but came out to $55 with gel (which is why I say this is a ripoff). Lauren did an excellent job on my feet, she is great with the massage portion as well, because I’ve noticed that a lot of shops have gotten away from really massaging like they say! Overall, I will come back because the location is convenient, the foot massage is great and they actually look good!"

"I walked in to the place and was immediately greeted with kindness by the employees. I got sat down for a pedicure first, and the experience was amazing. My toes were in rough shape as I recently got my nails removed a year and a 1/2 ago and they grew back with a bumpy rigid texture. The guy who did my pedicure was so kind and gentle with them and made sure to cut down the rigid part for me to leave this smooth texture to my new nails. He asked me before doing anything new if it was okay with me and took his time and displayed the upmost patience with me the whole way. After the amazing pedicure experience (mind you it was just polish as I didn’t wanna take a risk) and also a cuticle trim, I had an amazing experience to top it off with another guy and girl working there in the manicure area. I ended up going with gel polish and acrylics (full set) and I informed them that the last place I went shaved down my nail bed when applying acrylics and it was painful during the removal. He was very gentle and understanding the whole time and also took the time and care to display patience with me! Then when it came time to actually design the nails, the lady who did the flowers on my nails did a phenomenal job. I wish I could put a face to their name, but all 3 employees showed the same kind, gentle, understanding, and patience attitude that makes me wanna come and make this my regular spot. I tipped $40 at the end of it all but honestly, they deserved more. The store itself has the most kind and caring employees and I highly recommend, for $152 being my total, I was pleased with their work and will be returning. I would like to point out that the last place I went before this, not only charged me $60 for the set.. All of my nails were crooked and not done correctly or properly. My nails were damaged and looked shabby. This place is 100% incomparable to that place.. they go above and beyond and make sure you are happy with your nails."
