"One of your box trucks that was traveling on interstate 20 W. Friday, November 10 at about 6:16 AM central standard time almost ran me off the road. I was running 75-ish miles per hour and he ran up on my bumper and could not wait to get around me. Not very safe!"

We initially partnered with them as part of a kitchen and basement project, but once we saw the caliber of their work, we expanded the engagement to do our full main level, stairs, and upstairs. The results were exemplary. We couldn’t be more happy with the outcome and the people. "We have used them before in the past with no problem. This time on our new build was a horrible experience from start to finish. The salesman Rick was rude to my husband and refused to come look at a mistake that was made, we let that go but then they sealed red mud all in our floors! We contacted the owner he couldn’t be bothered to come look. They sent a crew out to try to fix it( the red mud was sealed all over the house not just a few spots) the crew was unable to fix it. The owner finally came out and that was a waste of time! Nothing was ever fixed and the customer service was a joke. I do NOT recommend using this company. I have tons of photos only posting 3"

We purchased the flooring from Home Depot, and after getting an outrageous estimate from another company, we were told by a friend to give Smith’s a call for installation. The price was half the cost of the other local company, the installation was quick, and the customer service was all around excellent. We have other rooms on the docket, so we’ll definitely be giving them a call for future projects!"
