"Bought flooring from this company. After purchasing quantities to complete entire house was charged 25% to return four boxes. Originally purchased sixty five boxes, so on a percentage basis, the returned quantity was not large. Also, the matching transitions were not carried but they could order them at double the price. I would definitely not recommend this business. Would have been better served at a national chain whereas you would not lose money just for ensuring that you had enough material to complete the project. Do yourself well and steer clear of this organization."

"Met Joey at the Atlanta Home Show and decided to give him a call when we were ready to move on LVP flooring for our basement. Joey was professional, prompt, and kind when he came to our home to measure. He also had just enough samples with him to give me a selection, but not be overwhelming. (He did offer to show additional samples at their store). The sales experience went very smoothly and we were pleased with the price point. Installation was smooth also. Dalton Wholesale Floors staff communicated well and crew arrived in arrival window. Install was quick and the crew was very respectful of our property-leaving nothing behind and even cleaned the floors. The lead installer walked around the various rooms with me and showed me the thresholds/transitions hidden under closet doors etc to ensure I was pleased with the work. Joey followed back up after the install. If you are looking for a professional experience at a fair price, this is the company to contact."

"It’s been approximately one month since I have been in contact with adairsville wholesale flooring. I have expedited the process by doing everything I can on my end to have my flooring complete. I just moved here and have postponed ordering a bedroom set since I planned on getting hard wood floors in the room. I have yet to receive a scheduled day to install the flooring. Lack of customer service/ communication. I always felt forgotten about throughout every step of the process- always had to call them to move this forward. I have been very patient and nice for the last month. What a welcoming to the area"

"The product we ordered was exactly what we wanted and expected. The installers were great. We did have an issue with how much flooring was ordered and more had to be ordered to finish the job. After the ordering mistake was discovered they took ownership of the error and made right on it. Overall we were very satisfied with the product, installation, and the customer service provided. We would definitely recommend to family and friends."
