"I took a chance and prepaid for a few sessions in advance with James. Upon my arrival he welcomed me at the front door. He looked over the forms I filled out regarding my needs, and went over them with me. He then explained what he would do that would benefit me the most. He took his time in explaining everything and he listened to what my needs were. My session exceeded my expectations! James is professional, personable and knowledgeable. He loves what he does, and has his client's best interest at heart. I felt like a totally new person walking out of my session, and I can't wait to go back."

"The benefits of floating are phenomenal. I have a lot of back, neck, and bodily injuries as we as arthritis and autoimmune diseases. Floating has proven to affect my pain level significantly. Better than procedures, medication, PT, injections, massage therapy, etc. After a few floats the pain was decreased. After floating for 4-5 days with at least 90 minutes, I was able to go longer with less pain medication. Alexandra was wonderful working out last minute floats for us and very helpful and so sweet. We have a regular spa near home and have floated at a few other locations. We are on the road working and trying to find any floating spots nearby. I would recommend Remedy Me spa. I would also suggest a 90 minute float or longer. It takes about 45 minutes for the epsom salts to get through your skin. That’s when the benefits really come into play. If you live in a world where pain is an everyday occurrence, I would recommend it before even starting medication."
