"Worse mail salon I’ve ever been to. I got my nails did and a couple of hours later one just completely popped off. I went back the same day to have them fix it, and of course they wanted to charge. I was upset but I paid. As I was sitting there they were saying rude things about me in Vietnamese. I’m sure they assumed I didn’t understand them but I did. A few days later 5 of the nails had popped completely off. Such a waste of time and money. I’m never going back. Terrible quality, terrible service, very rude."

"I went in later today for service. They man did not tell me they were about to close and sat me down for service. My whole experience was rushed and uncomfortable. The girl was doing my nails while I was trying to enjoy my pedicure. I had to hold a pillow on my lap and felt very uncomfortable the whole time. They could have told me they were about to close and gave me an option instead giving me a poor experience when I’m spending $70 dollars for a basic pedicure with no polish and powder nails with no acrylic. It’s ridiculous."

"Definitely didn’t read the reviews before going here and regret it. Now I know why I was easily able to walk in and sit down with no wait. Some nails are crooked and uneven thickness. Within five minutes of leaving, both thumb nails lifted off my real nail. Went back to have them fix it and they filed/clipped my real nail down all the way down to the quick to shorten them down to where the artificial nail was glued still. I had to tell them several times that my nail was still lifted and that I could feel the lifting, which is how nail infections can begin due to moisture getting under the artificial nail and being trapped. So if there’s a nail infection in a week or so, this place definitely did it."

"Most of my nails are crooked. They were on the phone the whole time and i had to ask multiple times to fix a nail and it is still crooked. They had already done four nails with regular gloss and THEN asked if i wanted gloss or matte. After i said matte they wiped off the gloss. Not too happy with this place, i will not be coming back."

"I went in for a pedicure today and dip powder set. I honestly was not too satisfied with my pedicure design- requested snowflakes but they look like stars and silver glitter was added with out asking but i paid for it. I waited patiently after my pedicure for a nail tech , although one person was allowed to go ahead of me. I had asked for dip powder with a design. The tech stated no problem. I currently have dip on my nails and typically this would be soaked off but I was told it would be filed off. The tech proceed to file it off, leaving most of the previous weeks powder on my nails. The tech insisted I just get gel and go but I said no as the gel peels off in days . The tech then proceeded to attempt to make me get tips to even my nails, I advised to cut and make even. The tech became frustrated and said she would no longer do my nails and the owner would not get anyone else to attempt to do my nails . I waited almost two hours to only walk out the door with my nails like this (pics added) . I tried this spa for the first time and was highly disappointed in how I was treated. I remained calm and cordial but was refused service because I refused tips on my nails and I insisted on dip powder instead of acrylic. The service and warm patience I witnessed for others as I waited was not the same applied applied to me."
