"Update. My gel nail didn’t last 24 hours. Already peeled off. this was my first time to a nail salon since moving to WR. I really want to love this place. The atmosphere is so quiet which I love. The services were not as great. I got both a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Pedicure was great up until the nail polish job. See pics. Uneven distribution of polish which I didn’t notice until leaving salon. Only complaint for pedicure. Now on to the manicure. The manicurist didn’t introduce herself, didn’t ask me what I wanted, and put her AirPods in. When I tried talking to her is when I realized she was listening to her phone which she put on a phone stand and put her AirPods in. I didn’t notice until I tried speaking to her and there was no response. My gel polish is see through and she shaped my nails so square that I’m cutting myself. She cut herself as well but didn’t do much to fix the issue. Had she asked me what shape I like, I would’ve told her rounded square. When I tried to tell her, she couldn’t hear me due to AirPods. I spent over $100+ today to be ignored and dissatisfied. Also I prefer one person work on me throughout. This is not the case here. They’ll have one person do mani while another does pedi."

"Jason and Nikki are the best nail techs in the studio, anyone else will leave you unsatisfied and wondering what you just spent your money on. Today my nail design was changed three different times, because the woman who did them simply did not know how to do what I asked for. Instead of having me wait until Jason or Nikki were available (whom I requested before service) I was paired with a woman who lacked skill in nail design. These were supposed to be my prom nails, but I paid $145 for something I heavily dislike with is extremely disappointing for Basic and costly!"
