"It seems that every time I visit this location there is a severe lack of flavored coffees. Yesterday was no different so I felt that I finally needed to review. Since 80% of the flavors were NOT working, I opted for caramel macchiato. WRONG decision! After reaching my destination and preparing to sip my drink, there was NO flavor, but instead, watered down coffee. Why is it that I hardly ever visit this location because of this same reason, yet on the rare occasion that I do, the darn coffees are NEVER working correctly??? And when I have tried to get help or a question answered, many employees appear lost. This location lowers the expectations for a reputable QT."

"Everything is broke! The computer to order food is broke not printing receipts. The lottery machine is down. The girls won’t stay behind the counter they too busy socializing. The bathrooms are disgusting. This not the QT I’m used too!"

"They have all of the emergency exits blocked off very very high traffic on door in and one door out ! When I asked the security guard, he said QT asked him to block all the exits not just block and lock but put something in front each door ! Very dangerous with as many people in and out if something was to happen here it will be bad with people trapped in store with no way out !"

"The TLAB Game Truck needs a lot of fuel to serve Metro Atlanta as we do. I live very close to this QT. Their gas prices can only be beat by Walmart or Kroger. I never go inside, so I am taking stars away for what I consistently see outside. First, if you ever need gas on the weekend, get it during the daytime. At night, this location turns into Club Quick Trip. Motorcycles, and car clubs hang out playing loud music through the parking lot. Second, there are regularly vendors and beggars working the parking lot. I think management should address this. I also hate when people park at the pumps, without getting gas and walk inside the store, while other cars wait. Maybe QT and address that too? Lastly, why can't I ever get a printed receipt anymore at the pump? The TLAB bookkeeper always asks me for them. QT, please fix that!"
