"The atmosphere is really nice, the salon is clean, and everyone is really nice. However, I left less than satisfied with my pedicure and SNS. It started off fine and she shaped my nails how I wanted them which was almond. Somehow my nails went from almond to round. She tried to fix them but I just told her not to worry about it. I ended up shaping them myself at home. My nails were also not smooth and not even. She told me it was the way my nails were growing. I am not sure why that made a difference considering it was the surface of my SNS powder. My pedicure was rushed and the callus not removed properly. She didn't use the product that usually is used for callus remover and she used the razor to help remove it, but I left with callus still on my feet. Then a week later, my gel polished chipped off 2 of my nails. I know it was busy when I went, but I have come to this location multiple times the past 2 years with no issues. However, I have left the past 2-3 times angry with excuses whenever I do ask for something to be fixed. I will no longer get my nails done here."

"I have been coming here for probably the last 6 years, and unfortunately I think today had to be my last visit. I’ve never had problems with them in the past and they’ve always been so friendly to me and know my face when I come in. Today I came in to get an acrylic full set and a regular pedicure like I always do. The lady who did my toes was awesome as always, but I had someone who I’ve never seen in there before do my manicure. I told her what I wanted from the beginning, which I normally do the same style just with different colors every time I come in. Everything was fine, and I thought she was being kind and caring when she was asking me if I wanted things done a certain way, turns out she was just charging me for extras the entire time without telling me. She waits until she’s COMPLETELY DONE to tell me my nails alone are $75. I have never once paid more than $60, and in the past other ladies have always told me in the middle of my manicure if things are going to be extra/how much my total will be before they’re done. When I asked about my nail breakdown at the end the reasoning for it being extra was exactly for all of the things she was asking me if I wanted during my manicure. I feel like I got scammed because if you’re going to ask questions you need to follow it up with the fact that it will be more. The most they did was take off $5 at the end. Disappointing because I really enjoyed coming here."

"I never give negative reviews and I tried to be patient with this place but they messed up BAD. I went to Pro Top Nails in Loganville,GA on 2/28/2023 to get a manicure, pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. My manicure came out way too thick and very uneven. The same woman that did my manicure waxed my eyebrows. She burned me and didn’t use any products on my eyebrows afterwards. I’ve got pictures that show the horrible manicure and the burns on my face. I went back on 3/1/2023 and showed them my burns and my manicure and asked to have my manicure fixed. The manager agreed and told me he would refund me for the eyebrow burns. He starts to fix my manicure and he cuts my cuticle with his electric nail buffer. He didn’t acknowledge the cut and he patted the blood with a dirty paper towel. He told me that I got burned because my skin was sensitive and I told him I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was 12 and that’s never happened to me until I came in his store. He said it was just my skin again and brushed it off. He had another woman come finish my manicure. She left my nails lumpy and not well done at all. Im sure she’s great when she’s not in a rush but as soon as her appointment walked in she completely changed and started rushing. Then told me to go wash my hands when she was done and moved on to her next customer. I went to wash my hands and everyone in the salon was using the same towel to dry their hands. I told another man up front that my nails were still unsatisfactory and he looked at them and agreed and told me to come back tomorrow when they weren’t so busy. I asked about the refund I was offered. They said I would not get a refund of any kind and I could get an $8 credit towards getting my eyebrows done again. I think that the people who worked on me are not licensed. The way I was treated was not professional in any way from any of the individuals. I should have received a refund for my manicure and eyebrows. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!"

"Every time I come here its as if they’re in a rush to finish. I only get simple gel manicures with them and the work is always terrible. They always say you can come back so they can fix it, but who wants to keep coming back to sit for another 2 hours when they should of painted it properly the first time. And the prices are always made up on the spot because its never the same. I would never recommend them to anyone"
