"I don't know I wish I can get it a half a star I just felt like they were profiling me they kept trying to get me to do other things and I just told them that I just wanted my toes done and that's it. in the middle of getting my toes done she had told me to pay and I told her I'll pay when I see that everything looks the way I want it to look so the girl who did my overlay made one of my toe nails slanted so I told her. she kept telling me no that's not right basically I don't know what I'm talking about so Sonny came and told her to fix it and she did fix it but she had an attitude, abs it came out horrible"

"I got a manicure, and the nail tech clipped my skin on 3 fingers which are bleeding. She wiped the blood off my finger with her fingers instead of a cotton ball or paper. I've been applying antibiotic ointment to make sure they don't get infected. If I had seen that both her thumbs were cracked under the nails and had dried blood, I would not have gotten the manicure. I'm praying that my fingers are OK. This is the worst experience that I've had getting a manicure. This was my first time there. I will never go again."

"I went and got a full set and pedicure. 2 weeks later I got a pedicure and the young lady did what this nail shop didnt.. I had so much in grown from the guy at this location not doing what he should have. Then all of my nails were lifting at the bottom and on the sides. When I went in for a fill in I expressed my concerns because that hadn't ever happened before. So he spoke with his nail tech. A week and 2 days later one of my nails popped off.. Sonny was nice on the first visit.. he also repaired my nail for free but I did feel like he wasn't kind."
