"This place used to be nice but now it’s changed. I don’t get my nails done often and it’s been a min since I went to this spot. I went in today early in the morning to get mani and pedi and the guy who did my mani was irritated whenever I asked questions about price or let him know how I wanted my nails to look. He would get irritated and say something in his language to his co-workers. Just because I don’t know the language, that does not mean I don’t read the room or look at your facial expressions. And to top it off, he messed up twice and had to go back to fix it. On the first mess up, I had to tell him that the nail does not look right and he’s gona tell me “I know I know” and makes a face. What do you mean you know?? If you did why do I have to remind you?? I felt like he was waiting for me to say something because he had picked on the fact that I don’t get them done often due to the questions I was asking in the beginning. FIX IT because I’m paying for it. I do not have to tell you, you saw that the nail was kinda broken but you moved on instead of fixing it right away. Some of the employees got horrible attitudes. At last, I think he felt bad or something and gave me 5 dollars off. I take the 5 dollar discount but I rather pay the 5 or more and get nicer treatment! Never going back here again."
