"I honestly wish I can give no stars. THESE FOLKS ARE SCAMMERS. When I walked in I asked “how much for an overlay no tip or anything just an overlay” the guy told me $25 and up. Ok cool so when the witch that did my nails was HALF WAY DONE she tells me they charge $50 but she will give it to me for $48. Knowing that the guy just told me $25 and I didn’t get ANYTHING EXTRA not even a color I assume she was talking about over in total for my nails and feet. I get to the counter and ask the guy and AGAIN he told me $25 and up he even questioned the lady for charging me so much. She argued him down to the point where “all of a sudden” he misunderstood and THOUGHT it was $25 and up but now it’s “45” and up so I asked well how much is a full set and he goes they start at $45. Bitchhhhh I know yall mf lying to me. So you mean to tell me it cost the same amount of money for yall to literally just put an acrylic top on my NATURAL NAILS that it cost to get a fake nail and some color and everything else added? I will never come back to this dirty a$$ spot and I will also be reporting you all!!!"

"I love Heavenly Nails. I’ve been coming for over a year to get pedicures and I’m never disappointed. Even on the busiest day, Saturday the wait isn’t long. I get gel polish and I’ve never had a lifted/chipped polish. The polish has lasted over a month. The environment is very calming and relaxing. There has been several times Bruce (owner) has gone around checking on the customers."

"They made me bleed and they absolutely rushed through my service after waiting 30 minutes. The shape was horrible and the polish and acrylic uneven. I brought up early on I did not feel as if she was doing a good job or taking her time and she said they looked fine and just weren’t done. So I tried to trust her word. Now I’ve wasted 2 hours of my life and I am currently waiting to see if the owner can fix them. So who knows how long that will take. Go ANYWHERE else"

"My first time getting my nails serviced here and my last. I will never return due to this being the most awful nail experience ever! I first got a pedicure and the polish on my toes were obviously uneven. Some parts darker and some lighter than others. I asked for an additional coat and moved along but that was my first red flag. You being the nail artist and should be able to see if your work is decent or not and at first it DID NOT look good. I move along to my nails when the recommended “good” tech was available to perform my fill in. I wanted a simple design but she told me she couldn’t do it and didn’t offer someone else who was able. After washing the excessive oil on me OFF, I was able to properly admire my nails only to become more and more disappointed by the minute. There were so many bubbles in my gel, the square shape wasn’t defined at all, the acrylic was on my skin and not even completely covering my nail beds. My nails were chunky and she shape is shameful. My tech was already with someone else by the time I washed my hands off and I had the curtsey to not bash her work in front of her client because obviously rushed through me. I notified a man who was handling the front and he literally treated me as if I was delusional. It was awful!!!!!!!! He said he didn’t see a problem but they’d fix it and he had the most disgusting attitude. He said he couldn’t see ANY imperfections. He wasn’t welcoming or comforting and I’d already spent 2 hours there so so I decided I didn’t want to be touched by any of them ever again. How will you fix something while lacking accountability and understanding and being totally rude? Services were paid for and I left. It was literally so sad the way he treated and talked to me I approached him very calm and well mannered but got nothing but nastiness in return. Here’s my nails 2 days later, I’ll be getting them repaired elsewhere. I just washed dishes but you can see them best when they’re not covered in oil. After that treatment I literally wouldn’t even let them fix my nails for FREE on my death bed."
