"Always underwhelming results for french tip acrylic manicures, yet pricey. The owner does a great job but I’m never wowed by her staff. I’ve had to go back in twice to have manicures corrected by the owner. And my nails on one hand are still ugly compared to the other hand. Pedicures are fine."

"I rarely make negative posts but this place merits one, mainly due to the unprofessional/unpleasant manager - Kim. My husband schedules his manicures here with Holly Nguyen. She’s great… so, I decided to visit Treat Your Nails with him today and get my nails done too. Unfortunately I had to sit and watch him get his manicure because Kim, the manager, told me they couldn’t service me today since I didn’t have an appointment - period. She didn’t offer to assist me in any way. I’m sitting here now and there are only about 3 or 4 customers at best. Kim was unkind, rude and extremely unprofessional. I will strongly encourage my husband to stop patronizing this place and would NOT recommend it to anyone! In all fairness, however, I do have to say that I would recommend Holly Nguyen. She does an great job with my husband’s manicures and provides excellent customer service. Excellent customer service is important. which apparently is something Kim cares nothing about. She needs to learn how to be kind to EVERYONE, regardless of whether or not they’re existing clients (who have an appointment :-)"

"I honestly don't like to leave bad reviews but I've had multiple bad experiences at this location dealing with bad moods and unprofessional staff members after going in for a pedicure and nails today I've absolutely had enough I've been getting pedicures for a very long time and I simply and the guy if he could run the water so my feet could soak he responded no I have to remove your gel polish first and grabbed his tools spoke whatever language they speak and stormed away and refused to service the no to mention I had 3 broken and lifted nails after 1 week of having my nails done the staff talks about customers and are very rude the service is not quality and way over priced needless I'm back at my previous nail shop where they provide professional service provide quality service and value customers oh and did I mention I didn't have to ask them to allow my feet to Soak before removing my gel polish the worst service I've ever encountered Wtbs I'll spend my hard earned coins elsewhere here's photo of my feet soaking with gel polish learn how to do pedicures ugh the nerve of him"
