Rose Nails

"She started off fine, during the session I mentioned to her I needed to grab my phone charger so I could move funds from Apple Pay to a physical card. Sometime passes and my phone is dead, she asked for my payment. Again I told her my phone was dead at this point, she literally locks me in the building and offers me some prehistoric charger which wasn’t working quickly enough. She’s standing right next to me literally holding my hand and she’s on the phone with someone, I overhear her giving my description, and she asks for my ID, I declined. Next thing I know she’s taking pictures of me and the building is surrounded by cops. To which she implied I “looked like another black girl she serviced and she didn’t pay” I was floored and disgusted. I went off, I’ve never been racially profiled and accused of theft like this! If I looked like someone who stole from your company in the past why would she have let me in and rendered the service? DO NOT go here. She’s racist and the quality of her work is not worth the trouble. She has ancient nail techniques and can’t do modern designs a full set takes at least 2 hours. Save yourself the trouble ladies."

"She was very careful about my nails but I sat down and she did my nails on a newspaper full of someone else nails I had to clean my area and then she applied the acrylic really thin on my nails and it hadn't even been a week and they popped off they lasted 5 days and I've been taking care of them I havent washed dishes bare hands or anything I really expected then to at least last 2 weeks"

"I was looking for a nail spot close to my home and I open on Sunday. I lucked up on this spot. Mrs. Rose is a beautiful spirit. She has a sense of humor and great conversation. The atmopshere is most welcoming. This is my home nail salon as of now! ❤"

"Was only one lady working in there, which is fine. There was one lady ahead of me but it still took 2 whole hours to get a full set. Mind you she had already started on the lady ahead of me before I walked in. Her style of applying the acrylic was poor. None of my nails looked the same. I wasn't satisfied when she finished but I still let her rock and even tipped her. I go back the next day because I realized, no, I do not like my nails, I'd like them at least filed the same. She wouldn't do it & kept complaining about how it would be "ugly" to file them and that it would mess up my nails. Wrong. Have had the procedure done multiple times before with no issue. She kept saying "ugly" this "ugly" that short nail this short nail that so I left and filed my nails myself. The sanitation in the place isn't so great as well. I'm sure the lady means well but I surely will not be going there again not would I refer someone."

"I love her work she is one of the best nail technicians I know I just don't understand why she insists on working by herself she's the only worker and she have you sitting for at least 1 to 2 hrs waiting on her to attend to your needs but overall she's good so I go there when I have a lot of time and when I want my Mani & Pedi done phenomenal Job."
