"I have gone to this nail salon for several years but I finally had had enough and stopped going. Reason being: they have always made at least one finger bleed. Last time I went, the lady scraped my cuticle area so hard it wouldn't stop bleeding and then made another finger bleed because she was using those pink sponges so aggressively and harshly on my cuticles. It wasn't until I said something to the lady because my fingers were starting to sting that she put something on them to stop the bleeding. At the end of the appointment, the lady who did my nails demanded that I tip her 20% for the service, she's lucky I still even tipped 10%. Don't waste your time here."

"Came in for an SNS appointment and the next day my nails started cracking. The pictures I’ve attached are only SIX days after getting my nails done. Do not recommend."

"I made an appointment to have my nails and eyebrows done. The gentleman who did my nails didn’t clean the acrylic gunk out of my nail beds and ripped alot of the skin around my nails. I had a mistake on my nail, and he didn’t want to fix it and got irritated with me. I’ve been here before and worked with Queenie, and she did an awesome job so I figured that this other gentleman would do awesome as well. It was not the same experience. My eyebrows did look good though. Thank you, but I don’t think I’ll come back here and I would not recommend anyone else to come here either."

"I have been here twice and the first time I made an appointment and still had to wait an hour. Ok sometimes there are staffing issues. Got a pedicure and it was ok, nothing special. The next time I went in for sns nails and a pedicure. The place was empty. The pedicure was decent but within two days my sns nails had hairline cracks all through them. I was hoping to get a couple weeks out of these nails but will be luck to get a couple days at this point. I would go in and ask to have them redone but I don’t have the time"

"I went to this salon based on the reviews. After arriving I was told that they didn’t do hands and feet at the same time which meant I had to stay for almost 4 hours. I asked for SNS dip and a pedicure. The pedicure was fair and she did a good hob however I paid for an additional massage on my hands and neck which I never received. I then was told to move into another chair where I waited almost 45 minutes for someone to sit with me to do my hands. I didn’t want tips as I just wanted my own nails to grow out. She didn’t know what she was doing (I was a manicurist for 15 yrs). She did them way too thin and within 24-36 hours they all were chipping off after washing dishes one time. Upon checkout they offered everyone a 10% discount for a good review. I declined. I will never go back and would advise you don’t either. It was. Waste of good money. Over $120 and over rated."
