"My experience here was absolutely Terrible. I took my 17 year old daughter here to have her nails done. We showed the technician a picture of exactly what she wanted. Nothing different. The nail tech puts the nails on and shapes them the way that she wanted. My daughter said no, that’s the wrong shape. She tells her if she wants it different, she has to pay 10 dollars extra. I as the parent got involved and the nail tech had the absolute worst attitude ever. She started packing up her things and walked away after she and the other techs started to talk in their own language. She came back and started to aggressively cut the nails off of my daughter. The owner finally stepped in and took care of my daughters nails. However, the other ladies kept staring at my daughter and laughing and speaking in their language. Obviously talking about her. I will NEVER under any circumstance go back to this place. Customer service is a 0 here. If you like good service, do not go here."

"Attitude when I asked to have my nails shaed the way I wanted them shaped. She told me that my nails so short and so flat that's the way she was doing them that is all she could do was her way. I have been getting my nails done for 30 years and my flat short nails haven't changed when getting a new set. This experience was by far the worst Attitude when I asked them to be adjusted to the shape I wanted. There is hardend powder on the bottom of the tips that I'm going to have to go home and Drexel it out myself and shape them as good as I can. I like a curve meaning the bed of the nil gets built up. Duh!! Then filed down on the tips to give them more of a curved look. Nope she said that's the way she was doing them. Sticking up ti the sky. Redicuculas Attitude. The pedicure guy was almost as bad when I accidentally put my one foot into the water. OMG... Wow I'm glad I'm from out of town. Can't wait to get back to my regular nail salon to nice polite treatment. I thought that it was to please the customer.. here at this place 'not so much'!!! The nails are pointing to the ceiling. I hate them. Edges all clumps of hardened powder. Every nail has this underneath. Very frustrating. A lot of money for less than satisfying results."

"Today, I popped in for a manicure with gel polish. The salon has been remodeled since I was here last (I used to go frequently for pedicures) and it looks great. Tony helped me today; he was very patient while tried to find the perfect nude color. Ultimately, went with the color he suggested, which is perfect! He was very friendly, and most importantly, my nails look fantastic. He also gave me a great hand massage. I will definitely be back!"

"My husband and I had manicure (tips, dipped with gel for me) and (rose with parrafin wax) pedicure services done at Elite Nails and they were amazing and did a more perfect job in my nails than any other salon in memory over years. Ask for Tracy, Kim or Devan. All of them did amazing work."

"I wish I could leave a good review because both technicians that did my nails were so nice but after only a week of getting them done one started breaking in half. A couple days later basically all the nails on my left hand started braking in half. I’m not leaving this review only because my nails looked bad but because it HURTS, it’s hard for me to get stuff done (like washing my hair, doing dishes, work) and most of them were bleeding. I don’t know what product you guys have been using for gel but you need to invest in your business and get better quality gel. This is very frustrating and painful."
