"If you’re going to listen to a review listen to this one!! My mom and I have been very loyal customers for years now and have always overlooked any problems they seem to present. However we are at our last straw!!! My recent experience with a lady named Joi WAS AWFUL. Never should you go into a salon and straight up be disrespected like I was. She cut all up on my skin, was SO RUFF with the filing gun, and overall just so rude because I was indecisive on a design. Like excuse me ?? Then she shoved my hand in the gel dryer so I couldn’t change the design. Not to mention, They do not use clean products or utensils on your feet! My mom now has to take antibiotics because of a fungus on her foot that she got from THIS salon. Her nails have always been healthy, and this is the only place she has ever gone to get them done. Awful service, definitely wouldn’t recommend going here the only one who knows how to treat her customers right is Bailey. Shout out to her being the only one with good ethics."

"MY TIME IS VALUABLE! After waiting one hour after being told that my requested technician could do my nails I was then told that she couldn’t do them unless I wanted to wait another 30+ minutes I had already waited. It does not make sense to wait a total of three hours for what would take one hour and a half for the services I received."

"I went to this business because my regular nail shop was closed. My first service was great. I received a fill-in and pedicure with gel polish. However, when I returned to have two of my nails repaired because the polish was bubbling a week later, the service was atrocious! I was asked multiple times if I got my nails done there ( why would I come to your business to fix a service that you didn’t do?). Not only was I charged for the repair that was due to the uneven filing of the nail, I was told by nail technician to not come back! Unbelievable! I have never been treated so poorly! I didn’t need for him(David) to tell me that. That was a one and only time! I have a nail tech (American nails). I was treated as though I did something wrong. If my polish had not bubbled and fallen off, I would not need a repair. I know you don’t care, but you should treat your customers with respect at all times."

"I love going to a business and it is consistent from check-in to check out. Each and every time I've gone. I have my natural nails with an acrylic overlay, gel polish and a hand design all done by Tracey and a pedicure with gel polish done by Le. Thanks ladies!"

"My service today was outstanding! I come here quite often and Mary always does a great job! I get compliments on my nails ALL the time when she does it and when she threads my brows. All the nail techs in here are very skilled and friendly. In the reviews about wait times — it’s long because they’re one of the best in town and everyone is trying to get a spot. Try to plan ahead and make an appointment if possible."
