"Seems like they got some new management recently. Used to be an easy scan in and go have a good work out. Lately, things have been stacking up, you have to wait to scan your card and the staff are yelling at members to come back to the front desk for one thing or another. I saw someone get chased down after they had already scanned in. Never used to be that way. Not sure I’m a fan of the new staff behavior. Beyond that, there’s always a machine or two broken for several days, even after the upgrade in machines. If staff need something to keep them busy, they should focus on a pleasant gym experience (no people playing loud music on their phone or having loud conversations on the phone or kids chasing each other playing on machines). Previously, the hassle free experience made it tolerable, but now not so much. *Edited to add a response to the reply from PF. If the issue is with management chasing down members, how does my addressing it to them make any impact? If they don’t know that’s poor behavior and creates an unwelcoming environment for paying members, my comment to them certainly won’t do anything to change that. If there is any additional communication needed with a member, can’t they do that via email or phone or through the PF app? Instead of chasing someone down as they hop on a machine… As much as a copy and paste response seems like an active attempt at resolving an issue, in this case it isn’t. And it’s reflective of the lack of interest in improving service at this location."

"I enjoy coming here because the location is convenient. This place needs to be cleaned regularly, and that doesn't happen. Cleaning the facility needs to be a priority."

"Just joined this gym a few weeks ago, and I like it. Very clean environment and friendly staff. I am a gym novice and feel no judgement at all. Very good selection of workout machines and I've never had to wait for the one I want, because there are several of everything. And price can't be beat. Definitely recommend."

"DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU PLAN TO LIFT WEIGHTS! I was aware to not slam weights, etc. It is almost impossible not to make any sound when completing a set of heavier weight on a chest machine. This guy kept ringing the lunk alarm for me. The attendant up front continued to judge me from the moment I walked in. Im assuming he would think “my type” is different than other members and I would cause a “PF issue”.. I came here on a pass and was treated LIKE TRASH! He didnt even give me a tour! Just said go ahead and starting “JUDGEMENT”(go figure).This gym is only welcoming for “non gymmers” or soccer moms. I was literally just minding my own business. I WILL NEVER RETURN to a PF in my life"
