"Yolanda Minniefield first came off as a well rounded black woman who knew what she was talking about. That’s why I chose her. When I started working with her it was in June and she had a 4.8 star rating. Lately I see she has failed in her integrity AND THIS IS A WARNING DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR $$$. June 27th I gave her $500, we had a great zoom call and I wanted to start my funding process. I sent her a completed Business Plan and everything else she needed about 1 week after our zoom meeting. Yolanda missed meetings after that and barely communicated anything. Most of our conversations appears as if I’m talking to myself. So about 56 days later I became FED UP. Her phone is now disconnected and she isn’t responding on social media or email. As we are working I had mentioned being apart of her mentoring program but I couldn’t fathom having a mentor who doesn’t speak or isn’t emotionally mature or intelligent enough to respect her clients time. For example: we set up a zoom meeting and I stopped meeting with my client to wait on zoom 30 mins for her to never show and never contact me that day. I had been so understanding thinking she must be a busy woman. But I couldn’t understand if you have a receptionist and are so busy why isn’t anyone taking my calls for a message or rescheduling me. As the time is growing during these 56 days I grew anxious and decided to dispute the transaction, I had paid for a service and never received the product. I then inform Yolanda Minniefield that I no longer wish to work with her and that I have filed a dispute. This was august 21st she did reply once or twice in Between me trying to contact her saying the proposal will be ready august 9th. I had given her 2 more weeks before filing for dispute. At the time my bank told me to not contact her and be on the look out if I needed to send supporting details. Yolanda then decided to send my proposal after the dispute . She sends this information in and for the time being she has won the dispute leaving my account -$500. She told visa that she will resolve this with the client( Me). Yolanda Minniefield is not responsive. She even read my message on IG NO RESPONSE. It just says SEEN. I Now am waiting to hear from my bank. I will not be scammed Yolanda you will fix this and Atlanta be aware THIS IS FRAUDULENT AND SHADY and I desperately wanted an African American Woman mentor. Yolanda you should respond I will make time to go to court."

"This woman is so unprofessional, she went to the page of the name she stole for one of her webinars that is trademarked and started writing random comments about taking grant opportunities from her page! Stay away from this "so called" company. You have been warned. A lawsuit is already pending."

"Yolanda and her group (The M. Grant Project) have been an absolute joy to work with since the beginning. She's very detailed and walked us through every step including getting us our required licensing for our business. I would highly recommend using her services. You'll be glad you did!!!!!!"
