"Location: Courtland East Decatur entrance. My review is limited to the walk up ATM. They have a private room adjacent to the bank’s entrance. It’s accessible via your debit card. I felt really safe in the facility/room and in the area in general."
"I need cashiers checks for a deposit and couldn’t get that done due to the limit of no less than $2000. Called to reactivate my card was told to go to a location went to the location deposited my checks and was told I had a hold on my accounts for two days and it could have been seven. I called after two days, no one could help me I have no access to my money and I missed work. I have been with this credit union for 8 years and I will be closing my account as soon as possible."
"Poor Client services. The go back 5 years on your credit report. They use EQUIFAX. If you use credit cards and pay them off monthly. If balances are showing they will not approve you. Don't know how in business. Lenders need training on to make determinations."
