"My son bought a car at this location a month ago. We knew there would items that needed to be fixed because it is a used car. What we didn't anticipate is spending well over $2000.00 in repairs along with what we paid for the vehicle. He was also told the car lot would send in the paper work for the tag and it would be mailed to our address before his temporary tag expired. That too was a lie. Now we are down to the wire to get a tag in the next few days. THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! NOTHING BUT A LIAR AND A CHEAT!!! I would not recommend purchasing anything from this place."

"Came in on Friday and paid $2,600 for a car I was told before hand had no motor issues. Before I could even leave the parking lot the car wouldn’t go into any other gear than reverse. There was no rear view mirror and I had to ask three times for them to put one on that fit my car. My front tires were super low on air. And I was told there was 160,000 miles. WRONG. There was 169,700! Being a college student and relying on transportation like this was awful. That’s literally 6 months of school in those extra miles that I wasn’t told about. They let me drive a different vehicle on the lot home and said they would get my bought vehicle fixed. I received a voicemail the next day when I woke up telling me to come get my car. When I picked it up, everything was working good for about two miles. Then my service engine light came on, my ABS light came on, and my TRAC OFF light came on. When I test drove the car Friday, we checked the oil and it was barely touching the dipstick. They filled it up and told me I would need to get an oil change within the next couple of days. I went yesterday and got my oil changed (Thank God) and was told there was a crack in my valve cover, windshield sealant needs replaced (leaks when it rains), and my power steering fluid pump was leaking onto my alternator. After spending $2,600 on a vehicle that is priced on Kelly Blue Book for $2,100, I am now having to spend an additional $500 on repairs and a possible $500 more for damage done to my alternator. I’ve went to several used car lots before and never had as many issues as I did here."

"These guys need to seriously consider their Karma. I called and spoke to "Randy" about a 2001 Jeep Cherokee that is on Craigslist. I asked him if there was any rust on the undercarriage. He said no. Very clean. No rust on the muffler even. I asked him if any dash lights were on (check engine, etc) he said no I asked him if there were any coolant leaks. He said no. I asked him if the interior was clean and intact. He said yes. I asked him if it started and idled smoothly. He said yes. The craigslist ad said the vehicle had 160,000 miles on it. All of these questions were answered with lies. The undercarriage was so rusty that one of the muffler mounts were rusted loose and most everything else was so corroded that I believe bolts would have to be cut off to make repairs. The muffler itself was millimeters away from having holes in it. The check engine light was on. There was at least 2 ounces of oil pooled under the vehicle and I saw it drip after looking under it for all of 15 seconds. The interior had obvious signs of mold and was covered in pet hair. The rearview mirror was also missing. The starter sluggishly turned over about 9 times before it started and then at idle it revved. The final lie is that the mileage stated on the craigslist ad is 160,+++ but the odometer read 169,000 And to add insult to the dishonesty , I told him that I was driving from 90 miles away to look at it and he baited me in with false statements about this vehicle. Not cool. Beware. This place is a wolf in sheeps clothing."

"DISHONEST BUSINESS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING!!! Reeled us in with a Craigslist posting for a '01 Jeep Cherokee in self-proclaimed "excellent condition, 160,000 miles". My husband was personally assured by Randy that the vehicle: a) had no rust b)was in excellent condition c)had no leaks d)had no dash lights on and e)had only 160,000 miles on it. Taking his word for it, we went ahead and bought the Carfax. It was clean, but the car had been in Wisconsin until 2012 and we were concerned about the possibility of rust on the undercarriage... we asked if there was ANY rust on the Jeep-- Randy said no and we were foolish enough to believe him so we drove 3 hours to the dirty, crowded lot and realized that Randy had lied about everything; the bottom of the vehicle was COVERED in rust, even the tow hitch. The clip that holds the muffler was rusted off completely so when the car finally started it shook violently. The car was filled with mildew and dog hair, the headliner was falling and THERE WAS NO REAR VIEW MIRROR. Not only was there about 2 ounces of oil pooled under the car from a leak but the check engine light was ON, the car had difficulty starting, it idled HORRIBLY, the rearview wiper sprayer was hanging off and the icing on the cake was the mileage-- 9,000+ miles over the number he told my husband, twice. For us, that is about a year's worth of extra mileage. When confronted about the rust, Randy pretended that he didn't know that the car had any (an obvious lie since we had him check that the car had a tow hitch, and even the hitch itself was rusty and the muffler clip rusted off). The worst case of false advertising that I have ever experienced and it cost three people 6 hours of their lives! Don't waste your time folks... if I had seen the other reviews from the people who have been scammed by them in the past (look it up, they sell cars that die 100 miles later; another only lasted 2 months) I never would have wasted the time and gas on a business so dishonest."

"Sold my son a car that was juiced up for sale for $2500.00 and my son got a tech to tighten the belt then heard the motor. Didn't last 2 weeks and they refused to help him in anyway."
