"Transferred to this pharmacy today after initially going to the store at 1551 County Rd 220, Fleming Island, FL 32003. The pharmacist there was very rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I am the prescribing physician, and he directly refused to talk with me about information he felt he needed to fill one rx (my NPI number). Instead, he told me to \"call the voicemail and he would get it there\". I left without my meds, and went to a different pharmacy and started over again. The second pharmacy was a good expericence, with a friendly, helpful, and efficient pharmacist there. My only complaint is that she had no help...she was the only staff member in the entire pharmacy. \n\nI assure you that I will, from now on, discourage my patients from obtaining meds at the 1551 Hwy 220 store, and may discourage them from using CVS in general."

"I have been going to this Cvs for a long time and if Kathy is there it’s great. She is nice helpful and consistent with filling prescriptions at the same time every month. When a floating pharmacist is working everything changes. Your text notification for refills are incomplete and the date of refill changes."

"If Kathy is there, 5 stars! She knows your name and goes out of her way to help with anything you need. If the young pharmacist is there, just come back later. She has absolutely no people skills and makes you feel like you are a bother. You will learn Kathy’s schedule quickly!"
