I'm not sure why she said that but customer service needs to be taught and a review of there performance and additutude needs to change. I was insulted and was told call a human?"

"literally the worst. i always have to call multiple times to make sure they fill my prescriptions on time even though it’s on ‘automatic refill’. on top of that the last few times they havent filled it on time AT ALL. im not suppose to skip doses on my medications but im constantly forced to when im dealing with this cvs. theres always only 2 people working and they’re always ‘running behind’. maybe hire some more people to work the ladies behind the counter are clearly struggling."
"The drive thru asked me to come in because they were busy I am disabled so I said no. The person who I gave my prescription to was new and didn't have a clue. This is the worst CVS in the United States, at Newton Crossroads in Covington Ga. They never offer same day service no matter how bad you need your medicine. Don't shop here unless you have to."
