"Great 1st visit experience. 2nd visit was horrible. Booked 2nd visit via text but when I arrived she seemed surprised and didn't know what service I required. Allowed her to review our text messages regarding the appointment and once in her chair she told me that she couldn't grip my hair and offered nothing further. My hair was clean and shoulder length. Her business etiquette was extremely poor and unprofessional. The shop also doubles as a daycare."

"I’ve been here twice. June 2021 and April 2022. My first visit (June 2021) was fine but based on my April 2022 visit I won’t be back. Had an appointment at 9 AM. They didn’t show up till around 9:30. The lady overbooked, it was 3 of us but she could only take 2 people so she called her friend who said she would show up in an hour to do me. I sat there until almost 11AM waiting on her friend to come and braid me but she never showed up so I just left without getting my hair braided. Crazy thing is, I was the first person that had pulled up."

"Had an appointment at 9. The place wasn’t open. Called and told her and she said she wasn’t there yet. I come back 15 minutes later and she’s already started on others hair. And she tells me that she gets lots of calls so she can’t tell who was the appointment and who wasn’t so she thought one of the ones she took was me. If clients make an appointment, you should write down their information so you can differentiate. On top of that she was very rude and speaking very loudly to me. I saw the negative reviews and wanted to give this place a chance anyway but I see why it’s there. Very unprofessional."

"They've done my daughter's hair, she is biracial with three different curl patterns and curl types of hair which causes most beauticians not to be able to execute a style properly. The work was supreme. We are now regulars for protective styles. Price is very readonable especially for such good quality work they supply the hair for you if you so choose. They are also very fast so if you have a morning appointment you will still be able to get things done for the day and have your hair looking great thay evening!"
