"Arrived 10 minutes early, like I was instructed, and was met by numerous dogs in the store, and no visible instructions on where to go. A couple of dogs escaped and had to be caught. I was irritated, but my small dog was scared to death. There wasn't any sense of order and no line - Someone that arrived after me was waited on first. The policy of appointments being only 5 minutes apart, with instructions to arrive 10 minutes early, and not knowing where to go, made it a stressful experience - For both me and my dog."
