"Imani is just the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable. So many stylists nowadays want to charge an arm and a leg for very little and are not very customer service oriented. Not Imani. It's the little things she does that keep you coming back, like making sure your glasses fit comfortably on your head when she braids near your ears, confirming that you really do want to chop all of your hair off, or explaining to you the stress/ sensitive spots in your hair. I've been to a lot of different salons in a lot of different places but none of them even hold a candle to Imani. Many hair stylists only invest in you when you become a regular client but she makes sure you have the tools to care for your hair."
