"I never write reviews but i am Completely disappointed. You’re better taking your service elsewhere. When coming into the establishment, i asked them for acrylic nails which they proceeded to tell me was 35 dollars. Tell me why leaving i ended up paying double that price? They are very unprofessional. I got a regular length nail and they charged me extra because it was “long” they charged me extra for the shape and did not tell me these things before TAKING my card and running it without telling me the price. I asked for acrylic nails and they put gel nail polish on it and charged me for gel nails claiming “it’s better for me.” Keep in mind I asked for acrylic. I still tipped them well because im not a horrible person, but I recommend getting your service elsewhere. Keep in mind this is my first time coming here, it will certainly be my last. As a high school student i do not have 80 dollars to pay for a plain coat of acrylic nails. There was not even a style or design on them. I will be warning my friends about this place. If you’re looking to be overcharged this is definitely the place to go. 80 dollars is uncalled for, especially for a plain color acrylic nail. At LEAST make the costumer aware before taking their card and charging them without explaining the prices. They were unfriendly and gave horrible service. My first and LAST time there!!!!!"

"My daughter and a friend had their nails done today. They really loved their matching nails, and care was taken to do a good job! She says her male tech was “Super sweet, understanding, and patient and took very great care of us. He treated us like a friend and was outgoing with conversation.” They also had complimentary beverages and started a rewards program that doesn’t need a punch card anymore, just a phone number. Comfy waiting area!"
