"I kept telling the lady doing my pedicure my toe nails are crooked and she said she didn’t understand or see what I was seeing!!! I had to get the file myself and fix my own toes!!!! So what am I paying for if I have to help you or do it myself!!!! Terrible service and all because people started coming in and she wanted to rush to get done with me!!!!!"

"Customer service is very poor ! I went a got a full dipping powder set on Saturday…2 days after that Saturday the powder started chipping visited the salon for them to repair these nails, I was given unprofessional feedback also nails never got fixed and I WILL NOT EVER RETURN AS A CUSTOMER!"

"This is how my toes looked after removing the nails off my toes. It wasnt even time for them to be removed, but I noticed I had a blood clot in the corner of both my big toes so I removed them and this is what they looked like. NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE!! My toe on the right was gooey when removing the nail it was awful!! I have to keep both my toes wrapped and treated now. It hurts that I cant wear sandals right now in this HOT weather."
