She was very friendly and helpful, when asked to let my young daughter try driving the mower to make sure she could handle it. "Looking for a gator has been a challenge due to the shortage of units in stock. I live 1000 miles away from this store. I have been looking for a cab gator that fits my needs. "I purchased a john Deere skid steer. Purchased from salesman Brian on the phone and he delivered. I noticed immediately there was a short in the throttle switch which i reported to the salesman. In mid December i broke the front glass and carried in to get it fixed.I also wanted them to check out the short in the throttle. They called and said i needed a new wire harness.I finally got it back at the end of February with a bill for 4,500. The next day i started using the machine when it started locking up. Got it started again and it would still lock up. I immediately reported to the manager and the sent a mechanic by(Robert) that was in the area. He replaced a cannon plug and said I was good to go,. Trying the machine again it started doing the same thing, and im still down. I've left the mechanic 4 messages with no return call. Been down since mid December and still down. These people are nice when your buying but they don't care at all about their customers"
