"After seeing my tire pressure light flicker on mid-drive during a thunderstorm I stopped to find a gas station with air. I went to two other stations to find both air stations broken. It was so frustrating during the heavy rain! I finally found shell and then saw only quarters were accepted at their working air pump. I could only find a myriad of dimes and nickels in my car so went inside to find help. The woman working the station was not only friendly and empathetic but counted out my change for me without request. I can’t explain how grateful I am to have been helped by her. It was a small kindness during a horrible day. I never asked her name but she worked Sept 13th around 9:30pm. Thank you so much, your empathy was precious gift that lifted a small portion of stress from my day. :)"
"Very nice people. We broke down here and they where very understanding. The store is clean. The bathroom were clean. There pizza was really good. We definitely recommend this stop. And at night is not to noisy."
"People was friendly they let u park overnight there just don’t block up where u don’t need to park use common sense when parking good place I felt safe they have little deli. Close at 10 pm eastern time open back up at 0600am eastern time I recommend stopping hear for break or food that’s why they get 5 stars from me"
"I lost my cell phone and did not realize it until I was 84 miles away. The locator pinged the Shell Station on Hwy 26 in Elko, GA. I drove back there the next day and the proprietor, Danny Patel, was exceptionally helpful to me in locating the phone......it was in the trash bin outside (of all places). I am very grateful for his care and assistance. Danny values and appreciates his customers and YOU will appreciate him."
